सफाई साथी के पास अभी भारत के सिर्फ़ चुनिंदा शहरों/नगर पालिकाओं के लिए सत्यापित संपर्क (ईमेल/फ़ोन/पोर्टल) हैं। जहाँ स्थानीय सत्यापित संपर्क नहीं है, वहाँ भी शिकायत रुकती नहीं — वह राष्ट्रीय CPGRAMS पोर्टल, Swachhata ऐप और हेल्पलाइन 1969 के ज़रिए दाख़िल होती है, दर्ज़ रहती है और सार्वजनिक रहती है।
SafaiSathi has verified authority contacts (email/phone/portal) for only a minority of India today. Everywhere else, your complaint still gets filed — through the national CPGRAMS portal, the Swachhata App, and helpline 1969 — and stays logged and public. We never invent or guess a contact; unverified ones are never shown as if confirmed.

No. SafaiSathi is an independent citizen initiative, inspired by Swachh Bharat Mission — not officially affiliated with any government department. It only makes it easier to route your complaint to the right official channels.
जब कोई अधिकारी "हल हो गया" कहता है, तब भी वह सार्वजनिक स्कोर में नहीं गिना जाता। जब तक कोई नागरिक उसी जगह जाकर after-फोटो न डाले और "साफ़" न बताए (उस जगह के 75 मीटर के अंदर से), तब तक वह "सत्यापित सफ़ाई" नहीं गिनी जाती।
An authority marking something "resolved" never counts on its own. Only a citizen visiting the same spot, posting an after-photo from within 75 metres, and confirming "clean" makes it "verified clean" — the number the public score is built on.
