पूरी सच्चाईThe full truth सफाई साथी के पास आज देश के सिर्फ़ एक छोटे हिस्से के लिए सत्यापित (verified) सरकारी संपर्क हैं। बाकी हर जगह की शिकायत राष्ट्रीय CPGRAMS चैनल से होकर जाती है — यह अब भी एक असली, काम करने वाला रास्ता है, पर यह स्थानीय सत्यापित संपर्क जितना सीधा नहीं। हम जानबूझकर कवरेज को बढ़ा-चढ़ाकर नहीं दिखाते — भरोसा ही इस प्रोजेक्ट की पूरी पूँजी है। SafaiSathi has verified authority contacts for only a small minority of India today. Everywhere else, a complaint routes through the national CPGRAMS channel instead — a real, working channel, just not as direct as a verified local contact. We deliberately do not overstate coverage — credibility is the entire asset here.
